Like on the other card I commented on, this one needs to be fixed graphically and textually.

But other than that, it also needs a different ability. This mechanic is very weird. "When your opponent draws a Musical card, draw 2 cards." There are two main good reasons I can think of that this won't work.

(1) You don't know what your opponent is drawing, which means you can't tell if you can activate this card's abilities.
(2) Even if you could tell what your opponent is drawing, or at least know when he is drawing a Musical card, there's no guarantee your opponent is using a deck with musical cards. There's actually a very good chance he won't be.

So, how to remedy this situation?
First of all, take note that the main thing you want to accomplish is drawing cards when the opponent does something.
Basing the ability off the type of card the opponent draws is no good because you can't tell what they are drawing. However, you can tell that they are drawing. Which means that you could say draw cards when your opponent does. That is one option.

Another option is to activate the ability on the opponent's playing or moving of cards instead of drawing cards. This is good because you can tell what types of cards your opponent is playing or moving. So the ability could instead read like this,
"When your opponent plays a Musical card, draw 2 cards"
or like this:
"When your opponent moves a Musical card, draw 2 cards"
Alternatively, you could make the trigger discarding instead of drawing:
"When your opponent discards a Musical card, draw 2 cards"
Any of these options are good because you can actually tell what type the card is.

And now onto the Musical thing. It's generally a bad idea to base your trigger on an opponent's ability because there's no guarantee that the opponent will have cards with that ability. If you instead made it read "When you play a Musical card, ..." it's good because you can know for sure whether or not you have a Musical card in your deck. but if you want to activate it on a specific type that your opponent might have, I'd suggest using the type system already there:

You can activate it on any of the six colors: Blue (Loyalty), White (Generosity), Pink (Laughter), Yellow (Kindness), Orange (Honesty), or Purple (Friendship).
You can activate it on the race type: Pegasus, Unicorn, Earth Pony, Alicorn, ...(there's probably a lot more I don't know)
You can activate it on a tag (such as "Royalty", "Foal", etc... ). I'm not sure what a "tag" is officially called, but that's what I'm calling it for lack of a better term.
You could also use the main card type, such as "Resource", "Friend", "Event", or "Troublemaker" (even subtypes like  "Villian" if you wanted to)

You can choose one of these typing systems and choose a type that is more likely to be somewhere in the opponent's deck. This will mean that this card will be more useful.

Also, I can't speak to the balance of drawing 2 cards versus just drawing 1, but I'm guessing it's ok.

I hope this helps you in some way, and that you improve your card design skills.

Happy card making!
